TERMS OF SALE
All sales are final. No returns accepted, and no refunds issued. We invite any questions prior to purchase, and will provide additional photographs, videos, or condition report as requested. All items are sold in as-is condition as shown and described on the item listing page. The item shown is the item you will receive. As most of our items are pre-owned, there may be small imperfections from previous use. We do our very best to document these imperfections within the item description and the item photography. SALES TAX We collect sales tax on all orders that are shipped to an address in Illinois or picked up by the customer directly from our gallery. All orders shipped out of IL are exempt from sales tax. UPS SHIPPING For smaller items, we are often able to ship your order via UPS. Items that are eligible for this method will be shipped within 5 days of payment. For larger items, VERN + VERA partners with leading third-party shipping services nationally throughout the contiguous US and locally throughout the greater Chicago area. Shipping/Delivery fees will be billed separately after you complete your purchase. We will work with you to determine the most effective and convenient shipping method based on the item's size, fragility, value, and shipping location. LOCAL DELIVERY and PICKUP VERN + VERA can provide local delivery in Chicago and surrounding areas through our third-party delivery providers. Rates typically begin at $125. Please call or email vernandvera@gmail.com for more information on local delivery. Items purchased locally from our gallery are available for pickup during normal business hours or by appointment. All items must be picked up within 30 days of payment. Customers are responsible for items at the point of pick-up. We may be able to assist in loading items into your vehicle, but no packing material will be provided for larger items. |
